Our kabobs are cut, marinated and skewered daily and cooked to order. We use high quality stainless steel skewers that sear the juices in while reducing the cooking time by conducting heat internally. Cooking over open flame allows the fat to drip off the meat and provide a healthier eating experience without sacrificing the taste. Our bread is baked fresh to order in a special clay oven using generations old ancient techniques.
